At Wildroot Co., we craft our honey and homegoods with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of honey, we cannot accept returns on opened jars or partially used products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges for opened products. For unopened or damaged items, please reach out, and we will happily assist with a replacement.
